To retain women in industry a good working environment is needed. More than 80% of measured companies has the wrong view of their company’s issues. Malin Rosqvist have tested a digital self-assessment tool and seen what effects could be seen in her organisation.
 

A discussion regarding how more women can be included and retained in industry will be held. Maura Abad will provide knowledge from experience with women network.
