In 2024, Enerpac Tool Group acquired HLT company 'DTA', strengthening its strategy to expand its Heavy Lifting Technology portfolio. By integrating DTA's expertise in automated movement solutions, Enerpac enhances its capabilities across key sectors such as aerospace and wind energy.
